Northern VA L & Mustang Cruise Sept 14th
Everyone,
Just a friendly notice that we have the next Cooters Cruise coming up in about 2 weeks. As you may have heard, the cruise is comprised of members of NVLOPE and the NVMC (Northern VA Mustang Club). We are hoping to see 75-100 cars and trucks in attendance. Help spread the word as it is open to everyone!!!!!
Here are the details for the next Cooters Cruise:
When: Saturday September 14th
Time: Meet in Manassas at 10:15AM
Where: Parkridge Center Parking Lot
Depart to Cooters: 11:00AM Sharp
Description: We will be getting in cruise formation at the Shopping Center parking lot. There is easily room for 50-100 cars and trucks. Our goal is to have 75 or more vehicles participate. We will get in cruise formation at 10:45AM and leave promptly by 11:00AM. We will take the same route as the Spring cruise to Cooters Garage in Sperryville VA. Driving directions to Cooters will be available at the meet point. Alma (Cooters wife) told me that she had the parking reserved for us again. So we have room for everyone. Also, the Food Shack is now open!!! They will be serving hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, fries, catfish and BBQ. It takes approximately 1 hour to get to Cooters. Once there, you will be able to meet and greet with Cooter, take plenty of pictures, buy Dukes of Hazzard Gifts and food. As you may know, Cooter is running for a district seat, so this is really one of his last free weekends before the fall elections. Lets make this a cruise to remember!!!!!!!!
Directions to the Parkridge Center Parking Lot (meeting point): Take 66 West to Exit 47B, route 234 North. Make a left at the first light, Bulloch Drive (Stay on Left Lane). There will be a Unos Pizza on the left. Follow the shopping center past the Unos. When you see Old Navy look for the satellite parking on the LEFT. That is the meeting point. There will be plenty of parking and getting to route 66 will be much easier for a large quantity of cars. Be here at 10:15AM.
