from what I understand.The Anti-swaybar(not panhard) works best at parallel to the ground.When you do a drop the the anti-swaybar is not as effective because it is no longer parallel.
Can you do the drop and not the links?Yes, I have driven around like that for 5 months with no problem.
I just wanted the most optimum conditions.
BTW-This should also apply to the front.
