I changed my mind.......

Mod Max ported heads and Long tube headers. About a hundred bucks over the budget.

$3400 for shortblock. But that does include the new block.

That is about HALF of what it costs to build a Cobra motor. If you need a new block for a Cobra, your sooooooo screwed. LMAO.

Reinvest the 3k into your house, get reappraised, take a line of equity and do whatever the hell you wanna do. This way it's tax deductible, increases the value of your home, and the money stays in your pocket all along.

Post Bullit-proof bottom

Spend the dough on a strong bottom end, I did and believe me, it's worth the peace of mind. While you're at it, back it up with a monsterbox tranny, no breakage, no problem, and the only drawback is no dough when you're done, but you'll have a durable, fast truck, what more can you ask for, John H.

Dam you beat me to the hooker line.
I'd get the bottom end rebuilt, the tranny tricks, and some dam heads with threads in them. "Plus a Hooker"

Spend all 3 grand on new paint. Ford paint sucks, and there is a place near me that does fully custom hand painted flames. I have known people to spend in excess of 4 thousand, but the work is out of this world. Then you would be one of a kind

Your 20's do look awesome Vinnie, but then again, SO DOES YOUR ENTIRE LIST OF MOD'S ON THAT BEAUTY OF YOURS.

Let me ask you something, how does it launch with 20's. Is the smaller Wall Profile an advantage or dis-advantage, And does it get more bouncy on bumps ??? IT SURE LOOKS AWESOME
