Shift points changed with new SB T/B

Just installed my new single blade throttle body and noticed that my shift points moved. I think it's because the new unit is slightly different dimensions and created some slack in the kickdown cable.
Anyone else experience this??

But, the difference is great

Cable--possible but you may want to check the TPS voltage(close to but < .999v) as this can effect the idle setting and might 'confuse' the PCM and shift points???

When I got the TB, voltage was 1.2, so I brought it down to .995
