I recently received a pin number for the X plan. However, I need to know if anyone knows of a ford dealer that might sell a Lightning on X plan? If you know of one please let me know.

if you're not too concerned about the year, many times if they have one left over from the last year they will give x-plan pricing. that was what my local dealer was willing to do.
also if you're willing to travel, come up north in late oct. this is usually the end of the season for lightnings, due to inevitable snow. sometimes they'll let 'em go then.

 

Goog luck finding a dealer. Tried to find a dealer that would let me use the Ford employee discount out here in Cali but they all said "NO". But I still bought mine new off the lot. Maybe find a 01 L w/low miles.

 

I sent my application into ford for X-plan and still haven't gotten the PIN. It is probably pushing close to 3 weeks now. grrr.

Is there any other way to check to see if I have a pin? Like call a ford dealership and have then check?

Who is the email listed as from in outlook express? Gonna try to search through it to try to find it but I got too many emails.

 

I recently bought an 02 Lightning from a Frod dealer here in KC. It was the last 02 on the lot and they still let me use the X-plan discount.

 

Use Ford's dealer locator to find all the SVT dealers near you and shoot them an e-mail(they all have websites and e-mail addresses) and see who will sell you one. You shouldn't have any trouble finding one on this coast that will, all the dealers around here will do one on the "L".

SilverStreak02, where did you buy your Lightning, i bought mine in Olathe Ford, made a hell of a deal.

 

I cant remember the dealers name, but they were North East of Atlanta, I beleive up near Commerce. When I was looking for one, they were willing to do X-Plan for me.

Sorry I cant remember the name, I beleive they had 4 or 5 Lightning about a month ago.

 

I got mine at Throughbred Ford. I got a pretty good deal myself. 02?

 

Call around to all the SVT dealers near you..worst case scenario, you can always go to detroit. All the dealers do A and X plan on everything here.

 

And unfortunately it was no. I am still looking so if anyone can help out with this please let me know. Also thanks for all the help you have already given. I truely appreciate it.

If you want to drop by SC, there is a dealer in Columbia that will deal x-plan with no problem. Need others just e-mail me, I've sent over 50 e-mails and have some solid replies.

Try Allan Virgil Ford, around Jonesboro, GA. They were willing to do A plan on Harley. Gene Evans said they would too. I know that Gene Evans is a SVT dealer and I think Allan Virgil is too.

Team Ford in Marietta wouldn't do A plan, but they may change their tune this late, at least on a '02. Gwinnett Ford might do it too. They usually mark up their L but last time I walked in, they were willing to drop the price to $30K with no pin. I said no because I could get a better price with A plan elsewhere.
