DRAGTRUK picked ME (Randomly I'm sure!)

HEH HEH HEH ... it's CHRISTINE in all her glory!!!!

www.dragtruk.com

And I quote:

"2002 FORD LIGHTNING
This truck is currently ranked 156th out of 554
That makes it quicker than 72% of the other trucks here.
Compared to the rest of the DragTruk field, this particular truck is: Pretty darn quick "

Thumbs up

Congrats.

Now we just have to work on beating that VW Microbus, LOL. Look at the #1 spot if it's still there.

Ya what the hell is that?? They will delete it as soon as someone reads it. That is an impossible run.

From the site:
Fernando Hernandez Jr.'s Volskwagen Micro Bus Wolfsburg has annihilated the quarter mile in 4.657@167.93.
In 2nd and 3rd place are Steve Wheeler's S-10 (7.46@184) and Jason Brown's Lightning (7.88@179).
Fernando Hernandez Jr.'s Volskwagen Micro Bus Wolfsburg broke through the eighth mile beams with a 2.374@108.54.
In 2nd and 3rd place are Steve Wheeler's S-10 (4.80@148) and Jason Brown's Lightning (5.003@142).

It takes like 300 mph to run a 4 in the 1/4.........not 160....LMAO.....they could have at least made up a fake one that made sense :o

Cool

Joe,

The funny thing is that it has been there for days. Somebody protested on Oct. 10 but no response.

Personally, I think you should have to produce a timeslip with your post. That won't cut all the BS out but would take care of a lot of it. It's no telling how much exaggeration is going on with some of those trucks.

This is hilarious.........Just to compare vital stats:

60' time.....Jason pulls a tenth on him out of the hole
VW: 1.23 on 4 Ply
Jason Brown: 1.14 on slicks

1/8 mile.....hmm Jason has almost 35 mph on the VW but is over 2.5 seconds slower
VW: 2.374@108.54
Jason Brown: 5.003@142

1/4 mile.....hmm Jason has 11 more mph but is 3 seconds slower
VW: 4.657@167.93
Jason Brown: 7.88@179

Interesting to say the least.......I wish my L ran like that
