Sounds familiar...I sold my 96 Procharged Z28 to buy my house. It worked out great for me. In my opinion, I would do the same. Just make sure you get a decent chunk of change for the Z28....

Not only do you write off the interest, but the house will appreciate and then you'd have more $$$ for mods down the road! Keep the Camaro, save like Scrooge McDuck, DON'T GET MARRIED OR HAVE KIDS for a few years, and get on your knees and kiss your Gfriend's feet every single day. A marriage certificate won't make you love of trust her any more than you already do, so wait for the kids-thing for that.

Get the house! And did I mention DON'T GET MARRIED!

Sell the car and buy the house. I can't believe nobody's mentioned this before: you can borrow against the house to buy your next car!
