Ok I figure you guys are tired of hearing about my slow assed Stock L but everytime I go to the track it gets faster . This will be the last time I go in pure stock form (+150 of accesories). Next visit I'll at least have my FT VB and Traction bars installed. Anyway here it is

I'm .444 away from 12's with the stock pulleys and stock chip. I don't know how much more it has in its pure stock form (unless I pull the snuglid and thunderform) but I hope to get some better 60' with the traction bars. Later and thanks for looking.

 

Looks like your about at the limit, IMO ... Best I did was 13.51, so you're already beyond that !!!

thanks. The hood is up and the engine is cooling down as I type. I'm changing oil and installing FTVB and Mobile synthetic ATF. I'll prolly be putting on the traction bars too. Oh and a drop in K&N. The air temp according to my console was 60degrees at the track so it should get a little colder down here. Later.

 

thats a great run for a stock L, hope mine does the same but with this hot southern california weather I may just have to drive to san diego to clock some decent runs.

Thanks guys. I just finished the FTVB install or rather just finished cleaning up the mess caused by installing the FTVB . All I can say is HOLY COW. What a freakin' difference. I love it. Why do you guys keep these things a secret, you should have more threads about them . Factory Tech you're a swell guy. Switched over to Mobil 1 Synthetic ATF today also but I think its making my truck shift harder than before especially at WOT. or maybe its the K&N doing that. Later guys.
