It is amazing how close all the colors except white were this year.

 

Pisses me off they are doing away with silver...

 

The white ones were gonna be eliminated until the
SOUTHERN Ford dealers screamed loud enough to
let them be special order, and I believe they will
remain that way for '03 and '04 ...

I would like to be able to order the YELLOW one though ...
Bet you could with enough money ... <grin> If they
are gonna custom paint the GT's they could do the
same for the Bolts.

 

I second that,I have no reason to buy another L until they start production in Silver again.

 

yeah, yellow thats would look odd but sweet at the same time.

 

What did we learn in art class? Black- absence of all color? Well, FoMoCo is saving money by not painting the black ones...LOL

 

black is the absence of light or the combination of all colors.. white is the absence of color ...
but when you have a black L (like me) then all things are right in the world.. and you know you have the fastest of all L's... he he

What I learned back in art class (when I wasn't flinging paint at the girls) was that black is the absence of all color in light, but the presence of all colors in pigment. So we can only assume Ford mixed a lot of the quickness of the reds, some of the speed of the silvers, a bunch of the power of the blues with the smallest touch of the overweight, bloated , large appliance, brickiness of the whites to make the all conquering blacks.

 

White is just the most limited color each year, therefore the best
