Now you need skinnies for the front.

How much? I want chromies for my Dark Shadow Grey 03. I hate the 01-02 wheels and I have not really seen the 03 wheels enough to know how I feel about them yet. If I have to I will get 00 chromies for the 03. IMHO they are one of the best looking wheels on a Lightning. I would just exchange the 03's for my 99's ....if I remember right they won't work. The lug diameter changed in 00.

Hey, where did you purchase these and how much were they? I really like the style... would the 18 x 9.5" size work with stock size Goodyear F1's?

The lug diameter did change BUT you should be able to run 99 wheels on 2000 or higher... I have done it

Thanks Doug. I'm going to keep the 99 (give it to my son sans the mods). Maybe I'll swap the 03's for the chrome 99's. They would look kick *** on the dark grey L. Now to rid myself of the clear corners......

I don't plan on getting skinnies for the front. The whole reason I got these wheels is so everything would match when I did use slicks on the back instead of having mismatched wheels. I also didn't want to carry 4 wheels with me everywhere I go. I don't know what the retail cost of these wheels. The stock wheel size is 18x9.5. The 295/45/18 will fit these wheels. On a side note special lug nuts are required also.

Your right Doug. I doesn't matter if he likes the 03 wheels or not! It's not his choice. The wife is the one that wants to give it to him (the 99). We just don't like the 94 Firehawk. He does though. If I had known the L was going to stay in the family I wouldn't have been so hard on it......ok yes I would have
