Yeah 04-08 is the same. I have never used mid grade or premium I always use 87. I have seen a slight rise in gas milage with that intake.

sorry, forgot to give you my email. so this will work on my 2008 F150 5.4 triton? it looks different than the one i looked at online at jcwhitneys.
my email is yates367@msn.com. if this is the correct one i want it. i tried a regular k&n with one of those tornados.. got nothing. still averaging 16 mpg highway with mid and premium fuel. want better mpg , and power. i'm running 20x10 wheels also, so that doesnt help.
