I notched the bottom of the bed support bar, but not the actual floor. 1 or 2pc is fine, just make sure its setup correctly

    1. A little
    2. No
    3. Not too low, but i wouldnt try to be this low if you're new to trucks and not sure about everything that needs to go into it
    4. No, i occasionally bottom out the axle on the frame (even with a notch)
    5. No, but i avoid higher risk scenarios
    6. Hardly ever, i can still clear the average speed bump
    7. Not really, but I didnt cheap out on anything. And bought decent shocks....
    8. No, but once i put the STX valence back on it will not be able to clear a curb.

I used '99 Lightning leafs which are very soft and netted a little more than 2" drop. I believe there are 5 or 6 in the leaf pack.

payload weight/tounge weight, even rides worse with 4 people in the truck....

It takes a lot of work to get this low. Its a commitment. I was pretty happy when i had just a 3/5 as far as a good balance of handling, looks, and still able to function as a truck. I love the look of the 5/7 and it rides pretty good, but it has lost its function as a truck now
