Grille guard / winch / bug shield questions

Grille guard / winch / bug shield questions
Even though my new F150 has yet to arrive, I've made a wish list of extras to bolt on.
1) I like the Westin Sportsman grille guard and want to eventually get a Warn Multi-Mount and winch combo (no decision on winch model). Will the Westin guard and Warn multi-mount be compatible? IE - will the guard have enough room to permit the Warn winch assembly to fit into the front receiver?
2) Will the Westin guard allow enough room for a Lund Interceptor bug shield to be attached?

2001 F150 XLT SC SB SS 4x4 ORP, 5.4L, 3.55LS, 4x4 Electronic Shift, Towing Group, Rear Slider, Captain's Chairs, Deep Wedgewood Blue & Silver, Med Graphite interior, AND LT265/70R17 AT OWL Tires (no "P" tires - it's usually wet around here).
