HHO kits? anyone

i have personally never used one but i have done some research on it. everyone seems to think that you run off straight water. wrong!! all it really is is a fuel additive, as far as proformance not sure how much you will gain or lose but, it will make you engine run cleaner and more efficient. watter injection has been around for years but ist very popular cause most people are scared to tryit, but i have never herd of cases where it was a bad thing. I for get the name of te company but theres one out there that makes a water/alcohol injection kit that i have herd great reviews about. May want to google it see what you come up with.

My brother just put one in his 96 F150.
Preliminary results was he got roughly 42 miles to the gallon for highway driving this past weekend, during the week he drove in town and got somewhere around 35 miles to the gallon.
We both made the same trip this past weekend and i used over 1/8th of a tank, you couldn't even tell his needle moved.
I don't know about performance increases but he's definately getting way better gas mileage.
now he's only had it in the truck for about a week so maybe things will change..only time will tell. He's making a long trip to New Orleans this weekend so i guess that will be a true test. The kit only cost him $50 so if it doesn't work out it's not like he's out a fortune.
so far so good
we're going to put one in my truck too so we'll see if it works just as well
you have to use distilled water and i think 1/8 tsp of baking soda
here it is in his truck

all the HHO kit is a thing of water with a bit of salt in it with 2 metal probes going in the water and a hose going from the top of the container to your intake manifold near your throttle body, when 12 volt's is applied to one of the metal probes the current will travel through the water to the negitive probe causing the water to apear to boil, but whats happening is your just seperating the hydrogen from the oxygen, and hydrogen is extremelly flamable, depending on the size of bottle you use and there is things you can do to make it more efficient like wraping wires a certain way around the probes you can get more gas from the water, this works best on older carborated engines best because the oxygen sensors in newer engines get confused due to th explosive gas your sucking into the engine, you will need to tap a potenchometer into your forward o2 sensors to adjust the signal the o2 sensers so the engine will lean it's self out, and in therory the HHO gas will compensate for the leaner fuel mixture, and i heard the most you will get out of this kinda kit is about a 20% difference in fuel economy... if you wana see how this kit works better and see how to make one in you tube just search HHO conversion and you will see.
