Alright, so im close to start building my bumper for the truck, almost done the plans. But I wanted to intergrate a winch into it. I was wondering about what kind would be good. I really dont want to spend more than 500 for it. But I want a 10,000 lb winch.

 

WARN's cheapest winch for that rating is like $800. You could try Smittybilt. They're pretty inexpensive by comparison.
