Left side $24.78 list web price $18.59
Right side $20.25 list web price $15.19
They don't fit anything but the SuperDuty and only '99-'05. I doubt you will find any aftermarket for quite a few years until Ford quits selling them.
The reason they are aplication specific is mounting design and a specific weight/pressure.
