My 2001 v-6 4x4 shifter is starting to rattle and it's very innoying. I have read the posts from others and no solutions - but the latest one was may of 2002. Has any one resolved this problem since then?

Don't include cranking up the cd player

 

Nope. It isn't as bad as it used to be though. Adding some weights to the transfer case helped the most...that takes up some of the vibration.
