Steering Vibration and Noise
You might want to try this. Disconnect the return line to the p/s pump, cap off the reservoir, and add fluid to the system while the engine is running. Put the return line in a container like an old water bottle. You may have to start up then turn off the engine unless you have someone in the cab to do this. I've gotten rid of noises and vibrations just by replacing the p/s fluid.
That's one of those things we usually do not think of until a hose or steering box/rack needs replacement. If you had to disconnect the hoses for the s/c installation, you probably have lots of air, possibly some dirt in the system.
You might, "might" have a bracket touching the p/s hose giving the vibration.
