Question Front end leak

I've got a 2003 f150 electronic shift 4x4 with 12,000 miles. I notice while changing the oil this evening, some fluid around the right front axle. I'm not sure what the correct name is of the part, but the fluid is around the drive train where it bolts up to the front differential with 8 or 10 bolts around a circular disk. There is also some fluid on the bottom of the differential housing where the axle come out.

There isn't enough to drip, but I could see where the grime is sticking to it.

Should I be taking this in for service under warrenty or is this normal?

Checking my posts and have overlooked this one (for 2 years). the leak seems to be gone. i believe it was oil that ran down the front axle after changing the oil filter.

How about you?
