03' screw ?
I have put on 33x12.50's on my 4x4 and lost some power as well as mpg. The truck has 3.73 in the rear and I am not really sure about the front, it is also the 5.4L. My intentions are to get both of those back as well as more torque. I feel 4.10 will give me those results because I did the same swap in my old 99'. What do you guys think, and what should be put in the front?
Thanks,

The front and rear come with the same ratio. Changing ratios requires changing both sets of gears. You would barely notice going from 3.73's to 4.10's if you didn't change tire height. 5.4 F-150s use a 9.75" rear end and there are no ratios between 4.10 and 4.56 available. You need 4.56's to get your best performance.

That would be determined by how the vehicle was used. If you ran the truck constantly on a flat highway, the 3.73's WILL get better mileage. If you're ******* around the city with large tires, you're going to put your foot down more to get going and lose mileage. For combined usage, think of it like this; 33" tires and 4.10's would get you close to your original performance and mileage and 33" tires and 4.56's will get you quicker performance than you had originally with similar city mileage and slightly lower highway mileage.
