i recently installed some of those halo reverse glow guages, and the speedo needle wont work quite right. some how the new guages are causing frictioon on that needle and not allowing the needle to move correctly.

ive tried to fix it and have gotten the tach to work fairly well, but im going on a 5 hour trip tomorrow morning and i wont know accurately what speed i will be driving! and i dont have time to mess with it again tonite.

my question is, i plan on doing about 75-80 most of the way, does anybody know how high the revs will be in 5th gear? . I have the 4.2 5 spd manual with 3.55 gears and slightly smaller than oe wheels(but that only makes a diff of like 3 mph at that speed)

I know its kind of a lame question, but i would really appreciate any help.
