97 Exp Axle removal

I am pretty sure my axle bearing is bad on the Passenger side rear, how do I remove this axle? I have the tire, caliper, and rotor off and see what looks like a turnable "cap" but I can't budge it! Is there a special tool or trick for this?

Welcome ! The axle is held in with a C-clip. You have to remove the cover, remove the pinion shaft retaining bolt, remove the pinion shaft, push the axle in, remove the C-clip, pull the axle out slightly, re-install the pinion shaft, and finally pull the axle out.
