Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have a 2002 F350 V10 4x4. Currently I have a 6.5" lift with 36-14.50-16 tires. The axles are in stock form with 3.73 opens. I have purchased 4.56's and install kits front and rear, the rear with an Auburn LS. The gears I was sold by 4Wheel Parts Warehouse are 10.25 for the rear. My axle is a Sterling 10.5. The salesman said that "they are the same thing". Does anybody know if the 10.25" gears and LS will work in a 10.5 housing.
