Rear end clunk

Im having a small problem that I need help with. When I accelerate from a stop, under mild acceleration, I can feal to clunks from what seems to be the rear end. Ive already had my rear end replaced once for the whine, and I think that the clunks might be the splines or something to do with the T-case (2004 f150 Lariat 4x4). Can anyone help?

It sounds to me like you are still in factory warrenty. Take it to the dealer and make them fix it. If they did not fix it right the first time, you aught to raise cain.
