35" tires with 3:31 gears??? What ya think

Hey guys whats up,
1995 f150, SB STD CAB 5.0 4WD....3" BODY LIFT & 4" SUSPENSION LIFT.
135,000 miles on motor. This thing is a little sluggish off the line....I think maybe lower gears maybe needed....Little bit of 4 wheelin but not much...just basically a cruiser. Anyone got opinons or facts to share. How about what it would cost to replace gears.

Wow, that thing would liven up well with a set of gears. I had a 302 with 3:55 gears and it was a little slow getting up and going I can't imagine having 35's on it and 3:31 gears.

4.10 or 4.56, 4.56 would put your rpms alittle over what it was stock

Thanx for all of the input!!! Well so far everyone is telling me what I thought I knew.....The money is tough to spend ....labor is a killer. About the parts....Which are reliable and not expensive if that is possible Summit tells me $600 for everything to do both differentials. Does the carrier need to be changed?...Anyone know of someone in Maryland to do the work and wont kill me. I have been talking to ECOH and had some work done their. They seem good to me..Anyone had any experience?
