Dumb question - when did you buy this, and from where?
If you have purchased it in the last 18 months, I believe that your vehicle could technically be considered a lemon, because normally the definition of such is a vehicle that has been to the shop at least 3 times within an 18-month period for the same issue. If it has, then you have grounds to demand some sort of restitution w/r/t the Lemon Law. However, I'd make sure that is the case in your state.
