Question Rear-end clunk

I have an 01 4x4 Screw with the 5.4. When I accerate lightly I can feel a clunk or short hesitation at about 2-3 mph. There is no noise that I can hear from the cab. I power-braked it lightly and let off the brake slowly to find that the "clunk" was more pronounced. It doesn't do it (or I can't notice it) under hard acceleration. It seems like something somewhere is loose. Also, does anybody know the 4x4 low ratio? Thank you ahead of time for any help that anyone can give me.
