i have a 95 flareside with three screw auto hubs.i am having difficulty in locating the lock ring to remove the hub assembly ,where exactly is it and what are the best tools to remove it?i have heard people mention that it can be done with a pick and a small screw driver, is this true? if anybody has some pictures or illustrations on the hub itself would be great. i am replacing them with the warn manual hubs ,is this a difficult procedure and what is involved with the conversion kit?is the conversion kit necessary?
