Manual Lockers to fix Vacuum problem

If I install the Waren manual lock outs , will this eliminate all of the vacuum switches and regulator stuff? I just want a bullet proof system and to know that when I push the 4x4 button on the dash that I will have 4x4. I do a lot of coyote hunting off the beat and path and got stuck because 4x4 would not spin front tires. Thanks for the advice.

'reliable' and 'push the button' do not belong in the same sentance.

Assuming you have a pre-97, you want manual hubs and a manual transfer case. You have locking hubs (mechanically actuated) and an electric shift transfer case.

If it's a 97-up, you need a front axle kit from 4x4posi-lok and a manual t-case.
