Gear Swap

Hi, I was wondering what parts I needed to do my first gear swap. I drive a 1998 F150 2wd Triton V8 XLT. I am switching from stock gears, if I am correct they are 3.55 gears, to 4.56 gears for 35" tires. Do I only need the ring and pinion or do I need more parts. I was also wondering if any of you know of companies that make 4.56 gears for my truck that have products worth the money. Thanks for your help.

Try Eaton, FRPP, Auburn. And you'll prolly need to re-cal the speedo.

yea, i already thought about. superlift, i think, makes a speedo recal but its only for 4x4s. the tuner i am getting is supposed to compensate for the bigger tires but i forget if it recals the spedo.
