changing gears
Im running 33's with 3:55 stock gears, at 75 im running 2200rpm If I put 4:10's in it, what would my rpm be? I do know that it will change my actual ratio to 3.60, which is only .05/1 more than stock, so rpm's couldnt be that much higher considering im running 33's. When my speedo shows 75, im actually doing 85. I just want the acceleration back that I lost.

motive/superior is bout the same. listen, when you get them in, make DANG sure that you check over them for nicks and scars from shipping. mine had some pretty good nicks in them, but i took a dremmel and smoothed them down a bit.
expensive? yes. you DON'T want to do this yourself. if you have the notion that you think you can do it. stand REAL still and let your friend have a running start and let him kick you in the *****.
there. i just saved you ALOT of money and time.

Ford Racing has 4.10 gears on their website store. That's what I'm planning on getting.

The master install kit can be had from Randy's Ring and Pinion. This kit contains everything you'll need (or a shop) to install the ring and pinion gearset. The kit has Timken bearings and other quality parts...good stuff.
Others here who are more knowledgeable may be able to steer you toward a more condensed parts list for less $$$.

Hope this helps,
