Ford 4.10 Non LS Differential
I was wondering where I could get Ford OEM 4.10 non LS axle type 25. About how much would it cost? Do I need to get the whole rear axle or do I need only the gears in the differential?
I'm not regearing it myself, I'm having a friend who's been in the business for a long time doing it. I just want to compare some prices and what I need. I haven't talked to him about it yet, but I want to know what he's doing so when I do ask him, I can at least look him straight in the eyes and know what he's talking about.
It's for my '07 F-150...
Edit: I forgot to ask on how long it would take for the average mechanic regearing it?
