Rear High Pitch Sound?

I got a noise the last couple of days coming from the rearend i believe. once the tires start turning there is a "whistling" or high pitch squeeling noise. Sounds like something is wedged in somewhere. I've taken off all the wheels and haven't found anything. Just wondering if anyone has any advice before I take it in? 97 f-150 4x4 by the way. thanks

When you took off the wheels, did you inspect the brakes?

If you can't figure out how to get the drums off to inspect the shoes and hardware or don't have a clue what you are looking at, take it in somewhere that advertises a free brake inspection.
