'94 Fuel Pump Problem

I just bought this truck with very low miles (67k) but the front tank doesn't work. Switching to it shows it to be empty, but I think it's full since gas cannot be added. When I turn on the key, I can hear the rear tank pump for a few seconds but nothing from the front tank.

Would the fuel pump being out also cause the gauge to show empty, or is there a separate relay or fuse powering the front tank module that may be blown that I can check?

The gauge sender is independent of the pump, but both go thru the tank select switch in the dash.

Click the black Bronco in my signature & look thru the EFI Fuel Pump album. Many people say it's easier to lift the bed than to drop the tank.
