I have the same year vehicle and same issue at 50K. Flange on left front CV boot rubbed against coupling as it rotated. Added a little lithium grease a contact point and no more "rubbing noise." Rest of the vehicle . . . well !

Try a can of Silicone spray with the nosle (straw) and spray the seal where the shaft meets the spindle. There is a rubber seal around the shaft. If your noise stops then it is your problem. Lithium grease will then be a more "permanent" solution.
