metal rubbing noise in left front on 02 screw 4x4

excatly where would i add the white litheum grease?

Try a can of Silicone spray with the nosle (straw) and spray the seal where the shaft meets the spindle. There is a rubber seal around the shaft. If your noise stops then it is your problem. Lithium grease will then be a more "permanent" solution.
