Title says it all, as my vehicle is getting older I'm am getting curious to see what it would take to make it a tad more efficient . Anyone dump the gas engine on one of these and set it up with a full electric setup ?

the truck would hafto go on a serious diet. it seems like it would take one hell of an electric engine to move one of our trucks.

 

If you want to go electric and save on gas, why not go with one of these electric cars they have now??? Making a truck electric probably be a lot of work, but i'm sure the'll make them in the future

 

I'll never buy one...

 

i went to electric fans.....

 

I'll keep buying Gas or Disiel as long as they keep making them, not a fan of hybrids!

 

I'm gonna wait till some crazy dude bumps his head on the bathroom sink while hanging a clock..........and comes up with a brilliant idea. Flux capacitor. I think the electric vehicle of the future will involve a nuclear reactor
