Crazy, crazy for feeling this way!!!
I feel like... you can guess.
my Amsoil came in yesterday but I have no desire to crawl under my truck and change out the diff fluid, trans, and oil.
I will post when i get them done. I'm gonna go to the real Dr. tomorrow and use my health insurance we've gone w/o for the last 6 years.
Well i'm about to fall out of my chair, Nyquil here I come.

Well, my luck just keeps getting better.
I changed the oil in my wifes car.
Now here is something. when you check the oil level you look on the dipstick, BUT i couldn't find it...... at first.
In the bottle the oil does have depth to it. I mean that you can see it. Its not dark but you know it's there.
When it on the dipstick, it is so clean that it is almost clear. I kid you not. I have never seen anything like it.
I look forward to seeing how this progresses. The oil is supposed to come from the factory being filtered at something like 5 microns where other national brands filter theirs at 20 microns. That being the case, the amsoil is already cleaner going into your engine. With that thought, since there is less particles in suspension to begin with, it would seem to make sense that the oil would be able to suspend more particles and carry them to the filter. I'm thinking something to the effect of saturation. Generically speaking similar to how you can only add so much sugar to a glass of h2o or tea, before the carrier is no longer able to suspend and dilute the additive.
