Re-gearing experts please chime in...
I have just taken delivery of a new (to me) 2006 F150 SuperCab 4wd 8" Long Box and luckily for me, it comes equipped with factory 4.10's. It has the factory 245's on it and driving it home to Vegas from San Diego I LOVED the fact that i put it on CC @ 75mph and it never downshifted once. Through the Cajon pass and then up Halloran Summit out of Baker, it just chugged along in OD without a problem and I'm sure the 4.10's had alot to do with it as I have in the past, rented the same truck (2wd with a 5.4) and it down shifted on steeper hills. So...my questions is this. If I were to go to 285's or 295's with a leveling kit (most likely) what gear would I need to keep the same ratio as the 4.10's give me now. Also, what about if I go to 315's (less likely) Thanks guys and I'll look forward to hanging out on this site!

Here's a calculator:

All you need to find out is the height of each tire size. A Google search should be able to give you that data.
Note that if you put bigger tires and/or different gears on it, you should get a tuner or a PCM reflash to keep speedometer/odometer/speed sensor accuracy.
