I dont k now of any aftermarket sources but if you have access to a set of taps it is easy to fabricate an original shift ****. For the last truck I had that had a floor shifter I "appropriated" a Red Hook beer tap handle and then drilled out the existing threads and ran the correct tap down the hole so it would fit oin the floor shifter.
