Squeak from front end

Hey guys... I've been getting this progressively louder squeak from the driver side front end at low speeds (breaking doesn't affect it). I'm sure it's present at higher speeds, but the exhaust probably covers up any noises. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance to anyone who takes the time to read this.

New development... I thought I'd check to see if 4 wheel drive affected it and... it made it worse. In 4 wheel drive there's a grinding noise (metal on metal) coming from the front end.

I'm going to the dealership. Hopefully they don't bitch about the lift.

I also am having the same problem on my 99 F150 4x4, I can only hear it below 30mph and only sometimes...Braking does not seem to affect it either but the 4wd is working great and did not seem to make it any worse. Did you ever find anything out?
Thanks

Man... it's been so long. Couldn't even remember until I thought about it. It turned out when the dealership lifted my truck 6" they forgot to re-phase my front drive shaft. So I took it to a local machine shop... the pulled it apart, lined up the yolks and I put it back in and BAM! No squeak. It's funny the dealership I took this to couldn't figure it out (and wanted to charge me for looking at my truck for half the day)... ahhhhh the powers of the internet...
