Is it a 4x4? If so, are you eventually going to lift it with 33" or taller tires? Or do you just want it really fast off the line (you may be an exception because of the extra weight of the SuperCrew)? Because w/stock or slightly taller than stock tires, that 5.4L, and 4.10 gears, your Tach is going to be reading well over two grand (2336) http://www.ring-pinion.com/RPMCalculator.html at 70. But if you do have a 4x4 and you do lift it and slap some 33's or 35's, then yea, 4.10 gears would be alright. That same company may already make gears for your very new 150 (I don't think you want to pay the Ford dealership price for a gear swap). Give them a call.. toll free and nice to talk to. Off of my head, 2WD: $450, 4WD: $950.

I installed 4.10s in my 99 "Off Road" and I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for more snap off the line.
Red BullsSr is correct about RPM's at 70 MPH but with my stock 3.55s I was at about 2100 so the increase of 250-300 RPM was well worth it. The complete job cost $1200.00 for front and rear Precision Gear ring and pinions, master install kits with Timkin Bearings,Five quarts of Amsoil Synthetic gear lube,One bottle of Ford friction modifier, installation and a custom program Superchips Computer Chip to recalibrate the speedometer.
Hope this helps.Let me know if you have any other questions.
