well most of it i converted the crankcase a few months ago, buti finally got around to doing the rear diff and transfer case, job was pretty easy i idi it all just laying on the garage floor no jacks or ramps, just couldn't find the time with 2 young kids, none the less its in and seems to be all good. first drive didn't seem too bad at all oddly there seemed to be a little less hesitation at times, i just hope it helps for towing next will be finding time to do the front diff and eventually the tranny
