Thats a good price, I got quoted 1200 for mine and I consider that a good price.
Gears and transmissions are the two things I will not mess with on my daily driver. Now on a trail truck that can sit for a few days if something goes wrong I would probably give it a shot but it is way to technical for me to try on a truck I'm still paying on.

That is a really good price assuming you are getting full install kits and quality gears. I'm getting 4.56 Richmond gears installed in mine in a week or two and the shop is charging me $1800. I don't see how they can charge you only $1050 because parts will be close to $800...they must have a very low labor rate or are getting the parts at a huge discount.

P185, i see your in NY, im in NJ, they charge us an arm and a leg for labor
