I engaged my 4x4 yesterday and the light came on and it felt like it was in 4 wheel drive backing out of the drive way but when I took off and driving down the road I have some clunking and steering problems. It feels like one of my front tires is not engaging in 4 wheel drive or it keeps slipping out of 4 wheel drive. Do you guys know what is wrong and have an idea on how much it will cost to fix? Thanks!

 

it could be the front differential actuater that engages the front diff. check the lines running to it for leaks and check the solinoids that are located behind the battery
