I've noticed the same thing on my 2000. It's not that noticeable unless you know it shouldn't do it. The inside tire should not be forceably grinding against the ground. One time, I had to get on the brakes pretty hard, I had to turn hard once I let off the brakes. The LS did not work properly as the inside tire actually hopped across the ground until I was going straight. BTW, I have 14K miles on mine. The only reason I haven't took it to the dealer is that I know it'll be CND because it really isn't that noticeable and I've been busy getting ready to leave for Korea. I've got 2 Mustang's with LS and they don't rotate in a turn the way my truck does.

The reason my tires spin at intersections and going around corners is the paint of the lines on the crosswalks. The paint is very slick, and very thick, so the problem is even worse in the rain.
