'98 F150 calls for 6 qts of oil. Does anyone have any specific improvements by going to a synthetic such as Mobil 1? I would imagine Mobil 1 in 5W-30 would be the consistency of water, but I want some specifics such as increased mileage, better performance, etc.

 

Do a search on oils or synthetics, this has been discussed tons of times and there is a lot of info and opinions on this topic.
