What size gears does Ecoboost 2011 have?

What rear end size does Ecoboost 2011 have?
Question in title :-) I have a 2011 FX2 (2WD) Ecoboost (3.5l v6). Just want to know the size of the rear end so when I order gears I get the right one.

EDIT: sorry, realized I meant rear end size, not gear. I have 3.15 gears, but wondering if it is the 8.8 or 9.7 rear end
Reason for asking is a friend has Ford Part:5L3Z-4209-F laying in his garage for the 9.7 rear end and is willing to give it to me and I just have to have it installed. I counted 12 bolts on my rear end as well.

10-bolts on rear cover = 8.8". 12-bolts on rear cover = 9.75" or 10.25". Check your tag affixed to the rear cover. It should give you a code number that begins with a "V" or "S". Do a Google search on Ford, Diff. codes. The bottom line of the tag may give you the ratio and ring gear diameter?
