What mod to do next
I'm looking to add more power to my truck. I have done an intake, cat-back exhaust, and a hypertech programmer which is being replaced by an SCT and custom tunes that I've already ordered. I have a 6" lift and 35" tires, which have slowed me down a bit.
I'm waiting for someone to come out with longtube headers those are on my list already.
What other mods can I do under $1000, I'm not interested in forced induction. I've hear about e-fans but is there really power to be gained by doing them?

Need to know what engine you have.
- You've already made the right choice in getting a custom tuned SCT programmer.
- Simple cat-back exhausts do nothing in terms of power. They're purely for sound.
- LT headers along with a full true dual exhaust will increase power, but can also shift the powerband that is undesirable for a truck.
- Gears will be the most effective route if you don't want to go for forced induction, but it's going to cost more than $1000 to regear both axles with quality parts.
