I have the evolution cs, I just bought it last year in november, and im finding that it is either sluggish or it is slow to respond when I try to really get up and go while on the highway...I will put the pedal to the floor and it doesn't even respond until about 3-5 seconds later! I hope my tranny is ok! This is all during the performance 91 octane tune by the way. I just calibrated my cs the other day and now have the extreme tune which I think is different from the 91 octane tune? If someone can differentiate these two tunes so I understand it a little better that would be awesome, as well as my other question! Thanks!

 

Edge just changed the tune names.....

Does it drive normal in stock programming?

Three things to try......

One.....
Leave the tune loaded......unplug the programmer...disconnect the battery for 30 minutes and clean the tb and maf and change the fuel filter......reconnect the battery and plug the programmer in......

Two......
Put it back to stock programming.....
Unplug the programmer......
Disconnect the battery...
Turn the headlights on....

At this time if you haven't already clean the maf, tb, and change the fuel filter....

Turn the headlights off....
Reconnect the battery.....
Plug the programmer back in....
Drive around with the stock tune 100-200 miles....
Then try to program in the performance tune again...

Three.....
Call edge and let them know about the issue....
