I have an '04 FX4 that had a moderate accident that wiped out the passenger side suspension, including the axle tube. Now the truck hums from the front under acceleration/deceleration. It's a has a harmonic-ey hum noise the shop is trying to pass off as tires (both brand new BFG AT's).

My truck has never made this noise before, so I'd like to make the shop fix it....what ever the noise is.

Should I just take it to a driveline/diff shop for an inspection/evaluation?
